Highly intense, with a wide range of fresh forest fruit aromas, such as blackcurrant or blackberry, the result of fermentation at very low temperature. Floral touches of elegant lavender and subtle anise are combined with a fine minerality resulting from the complex blend of the different origins of Tempranillo from vineyards in the siliceous soil of Cigales.
