Vinified and aged in all stainless steel (no oak) the Bourguignon is beautiful—bright with ruby red fruit, a light body, silky tannins, and a determinedly dry finish. It’s the perfect partner for all types of casual fare (“Porc, Poulet, et Poisson” as they say in France) as well as a light vegetable stir-fry, tofu, or simply to sip on its own.
