The 2020 Gober & Freinbichler Blaufränkisch has fruit from two villages in Burgenlaned, Neckenmarkt and Horitschon, exactly half from each: the Neckenmarkt half brings minerality, crisp fruit flavors and spice while the fruit from Horitschon brings body, fine grain tannin texture and vibrant acidity. Impeccably balanced with aromas and flavors of crunchy red fruits, flowers, spice, smoke and earth.
