The Farina wine estate is born in the early 1900's with the objective to produce classic wines from Verona, from the whites to the more complicated reds. Today, the baton is in the hands of the three Farina cousins, Remo, Pietro, and Alessandro. Made from Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara, and other old noble vineyards, the selection, the special drying, the limited production, and the aging for 3 to 4 years in large oak barrels at a constant temperature, all contribute in making this Amarone Classico the pride and joy of Remo Farina. And a joy for you, as well! Excellent with wild game, cheese, etc., has no equals as an after dinner drink.
