A lovely example of a Champagne-style sparkling rosé, made solely from Pinot Meunier grown on the South Downs. There is a richness on the nose, with scents of strawberry, peach and stone fruits that follow through onto the palate. This develops into a wonderfully intense and concentrated bready, peppery finish.
