Produced from 25-year-old vines grown in the village of Tonnerre 10 miles from Chablis, this is a Burgundian Pinot Noir with excellent balance, good acidity, and grippy tannins. Aged in 50% Oak and 50% Stainless for 8 months, this 2019 presents notes of wild cherry and strawberry with a hint of white pepper and an earthy-mineral core.
