Handcrafted in small batches, Berkshire Bourbon is made from a mash of 72% corn, 18% rye and 10% malted barley. Following fermentation, Berkshire Bourbon is triple-distilled in a traditional pot still before being aged in virgin American white oak casks and brought to proof using Welds' legendary spring water.
